I have called Carnival Internet Customer Care many times for my problems. Customers have occasional problems getting in line for their other calls. আমি একজন গ্রামের ছোট খাটো Freelancer. সেই হিসাবে আমার কম বেশি ভালই internet এর প্রয়োজন পড়ে। তাই আমি Carnival WIFI নিয়েছিলাম। প্রথমে 5 MBPS চালায়। যা আমার জন্য যথেষ্ট ছিলো না। এর পর আমি 10 MBPS নিলাম । এটাতেও আমার সুবিধা হল না। এর পর আমি নিলাম ২০ mbps এর লাইন fecebook এ free fire game লাইভ স্ট্রিম করার জন্য। কিন্তু আমি কোন কাজই করতে পারলাম না। এমন কি ২০ mbps এর রিয়েল ip নিলাম তাতেও কাজ হোল না। তারপর আমি ৩০ mbps নিলাম। কিন্তু কাজি হল না। যখন তখন লাইন ছিন্ন। লো স্প্রিড । আমি জানিনা এগুল শহরে কেমন। কিন্তু গ্রামে speed খুব খারাপ।

এখন আমি শহরে এসেছি, Carnival এর speed এমন খারাপ থাকার কারনে অন্য company এর লাইন চালাই ১৫ mbps । আমার স্পীড খুব ভালো, সব সময় ১৫ MBPS থাকে এবং আমি খুব ভালো ভাবে লাইভ স্ট্রিম করতে পারি।
