Follow step by step:
1. If you forget your phone password, you need a another fresh phone for reset your phone.
2. You need a original otg cable and usb cable for connect your phone to phone.
3. Insert normal otg cable in locked phone and insert otg cable another fresh phone.
4. Then take your locked phone, Press on power button and volium down button together.
5. Hold on until developer options come up
6. Now you will see your phone goes to developer option,

7. Then click on the Volume down button and go to "Wipe/Data Factor Reset"
8. Then click on the power button.
9. After click on the power button, you will see two option ( Cancel and Factor data reset)
10. Now click on the "Volume" button and go to "Factor data reset" and click on the power button.
11. If you see again same interface , click on the power button again and wait.
12. Now open your mobile.
13. Click on the start button.
14. Then click signatures all option and click on the next button.
15. Click on the skip button.
16. Then click on the "Dont copy" button.
17. Then click on the next button.
18. Then click on the accept button.
19. Then you will see protect your phone , if you want password your phone or skip. Do that.
20. Now your phone will be open.
